Principal's Updates - 3/5/21

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I hope that you are all enjoying this sunny afternoon. This is my favorite time of the year as we move closer to Spring. This past Monday the teachers screened over 70 students for admission for next year. As suspected many of these wonderful students have missed so much instruction since March. It reinforced to us the incredible value of in person education. As I've said many times before our students are growing academically and socially well ahead of their peers. I am very proud of the hard work that we have done and the support from our families.

Middle school students enjoyed Read Across America Day, Kindergarteners celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday, students in all grades are learning about Lent, the Holy Trinity, and St Patrick. The highlight of my day is going in and out of classrooms to engage with the students. Their enthusiasm for learning inspires me to do all that I can to provide the BEST experience possible given the current circumstances.

Please ask your child about his or her day. I am confident that you will be blown away.

God Bless you all and enjoy a wonderful weekend with your delightful children.

Mrs. Julie Marotta
