Principal's Update - 1/26/18
Today we had a practice lock down drill. The students did a wonderful job. This one the faculty knew about, the next one will be a surprise drill. In these times I don't want to frighten the children but I want them to be prepared and know that the adults in charge will protect them.
Big shout out to Mr. Malone, dad to Nolan in Kindergarten. He stayed one cold morning this past week to help another parent who had car trouble. Mr. Malone, you set such a great example for all of us with your unselfish gesture.
Next week is sure to be filled with fun as we celebrate Catholic Schools Week. Your child brought home a calendar of events for each day including Dress Down Day ideas from the National Junior Honor Society.
I hope to see many of you at our Academic Night/Open House on Thursday February 1st at 6 pm. The students are preparing some great projects to share with you. I know that you will be proud. Bring an interested family with you if you can. Thank you to all the families who hung fliers up and helped us spread the word.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful children with us. As always, I hope that you all have a safe and restful weekend filled with lots of family time.
Mrs. Julie Marotta
