Extended Day
St. Mary of the Hills School offers extended day options for our families.
This dynamic program offers students exciting age and grade appropriate enrichment opportunities and activities as well as homework help.
The curriculum fosters creative expression, executive function, character development, inquiry-based learning and community building.

School Lunch
Lunch Box provides our school lunches, and is ordered via your FACTS Parent Portal
Each lunch cost $7.00 a meal, and are supplemented with daily fresh-cut fruit and a snack (pretzels, popcorn, granola bar, etc.)
You may also choose to pack your own lunch- please no glass containers!
White or chocolate milk can be purchased for the year on the FACTS parent portal- our milk is provided locally by Thatcher Farms in Milton.Additionally for Grades K-8, snacks will be available for purchase for $1 to raise money for our PTO fund.
Please help our school by volunteering for lunch duty HERE!

Welcome to the St. Mary's Health Office
Our school nurse, Jill Sullivan, is available to our students 5 days a week 9AM to 3PM
Please call the office or email Ms. Sullivan with any health concerns or questions you may have regarding your student.
If your student is home sick, please call or email the nurse to let her know.
Please note that physical exams are due September 1, 2024.

CORI Forms and Protecting God's Children
Anyone wishing to volunteer at the school in any capacity must fill out a CORI form and take a Protecting God's Children Class.
Please follow the links and instructions below.
The CORI forms are done yearly, and the PCG class is a one time requirement.
SY25 CORI Form
Virtus Online
PCG REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
To register-
• Go to https://www.virtusonline.org/ ;
• Click on “First-Time Registrant”
• Click on “Begin the Registration Process.”
• From the pull-down menu, choose “Boston, MA (Archdiocese),” ONLY and click
“Select.”
• When asked, “Have you previously registered with VIRTUS Online?” click “NO.”
• Create a username and password when asked to do so and click “Continue.”
• Fill in all the required fields for contact information on the next screen and click
continue.
• From the pull-down menu for “Location,” choose preferred location
• When the roles appear, choose a primary role and an additional role.
• In the box at the bottom, add a Title (what you do for parish/school) and click
“Continue.”
• On the next page, you choose YES and associate your name with St Mary School, Milton.
• Answer the four Yes/No questions on the next page and click “Continue.”
• When asked, “Have you already attended a VIRTUS Protecting God's Children
Session?” answer NO.
• On the next page, choose a session entitled “Protecting God’s Children for Adults”
• Confirm, and you are done!

Collegiate House
Collegiate House is the exclusive provider of uniforms for the students of St. Mary of the Hills School.
To order online, go to Collegiate House and select the appropriate tabs for your child's grade.

Driveway Safety
For the SAFETY of your child and the almost 300 students and faculty members who will be entering the building each school day, we ask that you obey the following rules:
There is to be absolutely no cars pulling onto the school property, except for staff members.
All families must park in the street and walk their child(ren) to their appropriate line-up area (see stars painted on blacktop).
Do not make a U-turn on Brook Road
Do not double park your car on Brook or Ridge Roads
Park only on the school side of Ridge Road
Do not park in or block the driveway of a home on Brook or Ridge Roads
Do not cross Brook Road without using the light and crosswalk
Pick up is the same as drop off, including the ECC.Thank you for your diligence in following these important rules; anyone who breaks these rules will be reported to the Milton Police Department
