Application Process

Prospective families are encouraged to submit their application packets as soon as possible (after November 1st).  Each application must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable application fee (checks made payable to St. Mary of the Hills School).  The admissions process at St. Mary of the Hills School is "rolling" and decisions are made within two weeks of a completed application packet being submitted and the screening/testing being completed.  To be considered for admission to St. Mary of the Hills School, all students must have a completed application packet on file. 

The application packet consists of:

  • Completed Admissions Form (link to PDF below)

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Health Information Form (link to PDF below)

  • Copy of Report Cards (full record from last completed school year & any progress reports/report cards from the current school year)

  • Recommendation Form to be completed by current teacher (link to select the appropriate form below)

  • Student Questionnaire must be completed by students applying for admission to Grades 5-8 only (link to PDF below)

Tuition 2021-2022

Since 2017-2018 school year, we offer partial day/week programs that are available for Early Learners (2.9) and Preschool students only. Please contact the office for further questions.

Note: The School and Finance Board of the parish have established tuition rates for next school year 2021-2022 (see Tuition Information below).

Early Learners and Preschool spots will be filled with full-time students first and part-time status will be offered only if space permits.
